Kleenex Tissues Review & Coupon!

As a Member of the Crowdtap Kleenex Brand Believers, I get the awesome opportunity to test and review products! I was chosen to test and review Anti-Viral Kleenex Tissue and Kleenex with Lotion.

This opportunity could not have come at a better time. We are currently right in the middle of cold and flu season, and I do all that I can to protect my family from catching something. But inevitably, we come in contact with others and are prone to catch a little bug or suffer from allergy sniffles.

Kleenex Brand is perfect for these times. Kleenex tissues are strong, absorbent and gentle on your nose. And the Anti-Viral Kleenex even contain a middle layer that kills 99.9% of cold and flu viruses! These are perfect to keep on each nightstand, the bathroom, the car or any room in the house. I also buy the pocket pouches for my purse and the kids' book bags.

My family loved these tissues and I will definitely stock up for the winter months! Have you tried any Kleenex tissue? If so, how did they work for you? Leave a comment below. I would love to hear from you.

* Product Review: Influenster Go Voxbox *

What products are your "Go To" products when you're on the go? I was recently selected by Influenster to receive a complimentary Go Voxbox containing products to try and honestly review for people who are always on the go.

My Go Voxbox contained:
  • PROFOOT Triad Orthotic
  • PROFOOT Pedi-Rock
  • Platex Sport Fresh Balance
  • Blue Diamond Blueberry flavored Almonds
  • Muller Greek Corner and Corner Yogurt
  • Next Step Shakes and Shaker
  • and AquaSpa Relax Body Creme
What a great box! And just in time for a little relaxation and pampering that I so desperately needed!

I enjoyed trying the items (with a little help from my family too) and here's a little info on my favorites from the box! I would have to say that my absolute favorite is the PROFOOT Pedi-Rock. I like to keep my feet smooth and soft; and with the summer sandal season here, that is very important. The pedi-rock was able to slough off rough skin, keeping my feet smooth and soft like I need them to be. The pedi-rock is not hard, as you would expect, and was easy to grip and use effectively.

The PROFOOT Triad Orthotic was another one of my faves. I put them into my sneakers to help ease my lower back pain and foot fatigue. They really came in handy last week during VBS when I was on my feet for about 4 hours straight!

The Next Step Shakes and Shaker. I was able to test the chocolate, vanilla, and fresh berries. I am not trying to lose weight so I had these as an afternoon snack. You can use them as a breakfast or meal replacement. I thought they were okay. I loved using the shaker to make the shakes, but I probably won't purchase these in the future.

The Muller Greek Corner and Corner Yogurt, was yummy and what I expected. I love the different flavors that they have available to choose from. I tried the strawberry flavor.

The Blue Diamond Blueberry flavored almonds were devoured by my hubby! He thought they were delicious and the perfect snack size.

I don't usually discuss personal products on social media, so I am going to stick with that. And the Aqua Spa Relax Body Creme had a lavender scent, and I don't like lavender scented products. :(

All in all, I really enjoyed testing the products in my Go Voxbox, and I hope that I am selected for another voxbox soon!

Have you tried any of these Go Voxbox products? Do you have a favorite product that keeps you going and can't live without? I'd love to hear from you! Don't be shy, share below!! :)

* Honey Bunches of Oats Greek Honey Crunch Review *

It seems like my family is always on the go. Whether it is school, church, sports or extra curricular activities, our mornings are usually hurried. Having an undemanding morning is a luxury! With that being said, I usually don't have time to cook a big breakfast, but I am still concerned about making healthy choices for my family. Our go to breakfast during the week is usually cereal; I like to choose cereals that are nutritious, and of course my children want something that tastes good!

We recently had the opportunity to try out a new cereal from Post - Honey Bunches of Oats Greek Honey Crunch. I feel it is the perfect combination of what the kids want (great taste) and what I want (good for you!) Here's the nutritional information:
  • 33 g of Whole Grain per serving (Over 2/3 of the recommended daily whole grain intake!
  • Serving Size: 1 Cup
  • 230 Calories
  • Provides 12 essential vitamins and minerals
  • 5 g of protein per serving
  • Me: "I like that it is nutritious and has a sweet crunchy taste. No need to add additional sweeteners because it has the perfect blend of sweet and crunch!"
  • Hubby: "The yogurt taste sneaks in when you least expect it."
  • Baby Boy: "I really like the yogurt parts and the flakes!"
  • Baby Girl: "I eat it without milk and it tastes great!"

I will definitely purchase this for my family in the future. One box did not last long in my household - when my family likes something it seems to disappear! It is sold at retailers across the US and on Amazon. I have recently  seen it on sale in my local grocery store for a great price; so it is definitely on my shopping list.

Try it out, you won't regret it! :)

Enjoy!

** Try & Tell Tuesday: L'Oreal Paris Magic BB Cream **

I had the opportunity to test L'Oréal Paris Magic BB Cream. Although I had heard many reviews on BB Creams, this was my first time ever trying one so I was very excited. Here are the claims.

Claims:

About L'Oréal Paris Magic Skin Beautifier BB Cream:
  • This product gives the sheer coverage needed to create a natural bare skin finish, while delivering built-in skincare benefits.
  • With four beautifying actions, this all-in-one innovation primes and smoothes, perfects to hide flaws, hydrates all-day, and corrects and evens skin.
  • The product is infused with skincare ingredients like Panthenol, Vitamin E and Glycerin for 24-hour moisturization.

My Review:

I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked this product. I had previously used a tinted moisturizer that I ordered from QVC that I loved, but ran out of. That moisturizer was expensive so I have been searching for something to replace it at a lower cost. I have definitely found what I am looking for in the L'Oréal Magic BB Cream. Here are my pros and cons.

Pros:
Lightweight
Easy to apply
Blends nicely
Nice coverage
Non oily
Lasts all day
Portable packaging
Affordable
Natural Looking
Good for oily skin

Cons:
No SPF
Not a moisturizer

The pros definitely outweigh the cons. I will just need to apply a moisturizer with a SPF before applying the BB Cream. That is not a problem for me. I love the fact that this does not make my oily skin more oily and that it lasts all day without needing touch ups. It evens out my skin tone without feeling heavy on my skin. I actually ran a 5k on Saturday, but did not want to wear makeup. I felt that I needed some coverage, so I used the BB Cream alone. It looked great before, during and after my race! This is my picture after the race

I think it held up really well!

To apply, you simply dot on and blend with fingertips. It starts out as a white color but the self-adjusting beads will instantly transform and blend to your skin tone. I used the medium shade (814). You can either use this alone or as a primer.

L'Oréal Paris Magic BB Cream retails for approximately $10.95 for 1 fl oz. It is available in four shades and is sold at mass food and drug retailers nationwide.

I received a complimentary product, courtesy of SheSpeaks and L'oréal Paris for review. All opinions of the product are 100% my own.
